When you fill out a form on this site (contact, service request, or a buyer’s or seller’s guide request) we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, and, depending on the form, your property address, ZIP code, what you are looking for, and your message. The service request form also lets you attach photos.

We use this information to answer you, schedule service, and send the guide you asked for. Each submission is stored in a secure database and sent by email to our team. Photos you attach are kept in secure cloud storage so our team can see the issue. We do not sell your information.

Our home search, featured listings and listing pages are provided by Showcase IDX, our MLS search provider. If you create a search account, save a listing or search, or send a question about a listing, the information you enter (such as your name, email and phone) goes to Showcase IDX and to our agents so we can follow up. Showcase IDX uses its own cookies to keep you signed in and remember your saved searches. Its handling of that information is described in Showcase IDX’s own privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us. Analytics runs in Google’s Consent Mode: until you click Accept on the cookie notice, Google Analytics does not set analytics cookies and only receives anonymous, cookieless signals. If you click Decline, that stays the case.

We store your choice in a small cookie named hg-cookie-consent for one year so we don’t ask again. To change your choice, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the notice will reappear. Our accessibility tool remembers your display settings in your browser’s local storage; nothing is sent to us.

Some pages show maps from Google Maps, videos from YouTube and Vimeo, and listing photos and data from Showcase IDX. When you view that content, those companies may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep accurate business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@hovergirlproperties.com. You can decline analytics cookies at any time as described above.

This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
