The Intracoastal West has easy access to major roadways that run both north to south and east to west, making the drive to any of the bases manageable. Because the area is on the east side of the city, it is closest to NAS Mayport. The drive to the other bases will be around 45 minutes.
Access To The Rest of The City
The Intracoastal West area has easy access to several major roadways. San Pablo, Hodges, and Kernan all run north to south and can connect you with Atlantic Blvd (SR 10), Beach Blvd (SR 202, US 90), or FL-202 (aka JTB) which run east to west. These roads give you access to both I-95 and I-295, as well as the beaches.
