We are so proud of what our community helpers do and we wanted to find a way to honor them. So, we developed our Relocation Incentive Program as a way to give back to the community while also thanking our clients for choosing us.
Who It’s For
With our Relocation Incentive Program, we give back a portion of our commission to those who serve the community. We are proud to offer the program to the following community workers:

How It Works
Basically, we reduce a portion of our commission at closing. There are a couple ways we can facilitate the program but typically we credit the amount to our buyer’s closing costs so they have less money they need to bring at closing.
The incentive is based on the sale price of the home and can range from $1,000 to more than $4,000. For example, say your original cash to close amount is $10,000 and you’re eligible for an incentive of $2,000. Now, you’re only responsible for bringing $8,000 to the closing.
