Joy and Lara’s vision when creating Hover Girl Properties was to be a full service real estate firm focused primarily on military relocation. Hover Girl Properties has grown exponentially, and while the mission is to continue to serve our military families, we are also eager to help anyone in the great Jacksonville area that needs our services.
Currently the firm is comprised of more than 15 full time REALTORS®. We also have a full office staff to service the portfolio of 400 monthly managed properties. In 2021, the firm closed over $108 million in sales.
