Northeast Florida Recent Sales

• Medium home price is up 9%
• Average Sales Price is up 6.1%

In essence, for re-sales, home sales are strengthening. Less homes on the market means less inventory for buyers to choose from, and as a result, there is upward pressure on pricing. In fact, the greatest percent increase is in the $400,000 market for sales.
