Nely grew up in a large family of seven in the small town of Kohala on the Big Island of Hawaii. She started her real estate career in Southern Oregon at the end of 2000 and was named Rookie of the Year. In just five months, she closed over two million dollars in sales. In 2007, she permanently moved to Northeast Florida and now lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with her wonderful husband, Stacy. Nely is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of buying, selling, or renting properties. She is dedicated to researching listings that match each client’s unique needs. In her spare time, she enjoys going to TPC and watching the Jacksonville Jaguars play every season!
