Jarrad was born and raised in South Florida. He was an avid waterman who taught Freediving and Spearfishing all over North and South America. After moving to North Florida he started working as a Firefighter which he is currently still actively working. He has a passion to serve the community and translates that into the Hover Girl Properties team.
